The State Service Delivery Gateway is a single point of access for all the transactions offered by the Government of Jharkhand through its constituent departments. This portal provides complete access to the current and accurate information about the various functions and services provided by Government of Jharkhand and its constituent departments to the citizens and other users.
The portal aims at educating the citizens by providing them with access to information such as expected service fulfillment times for the Government services, business processes, applicable rules and legislations, key point of contacts within the Government and so on. It also provides information to the citizens of Jharkhand about their rights, benefits and schemes offered by the Government, eligibility requirements for availing these benefits and schemes and so on.

In any page in the portal, you can see “sign in” in the top right.Citizens, departmental users, CSC users can select their respective login option.On clicking that, you will be taken to a sign in page,where you also have an option of creating an account.Clicking on that and filling up the required details will provide you the login ID and password through which you can avail the services.
This portal will be a single point of access to the citizens, for either information or transnational purposes.One of the goals of the Government is to cooperate, collaborate and integrate information across different departments in the Centre, States and Local Government.It is served through this portal.
