In Uttar Pradesh Manav Sampada , as the name indicates, is a human resource management application tool. It is also called as e-HRMS. This is a unique initiative taken by the government of Uttar Pradesh. For the ease of conducting activities monitoring, promotion, planning, posting, and providing services for personnel management, this portal is developed. NIC is the father of this and it is managed by the DoPT (Department of Personnel and Training).
The official login portal for this is ManavSampada (upsdc.gov.in).

HOW TO REGISTER ON MANAV SAMPADA?

2. Click on the tab ‘Register’.
3. Enter all of your personal details like name, email ID, etc.
4. Once verified, create the username and password of your choice.
5. At the end, click on the ‘Submit’ tab.

- To log in to the Manav Sampada, one needs to go to the official website of the Manav Sampda i.e. ehrms.upsdc.gov.in
- Click on the ‘Login’ button.
- Enter the pre-set username and password.
- Again, click on the ‘Login’ tab.
HOW TO RESET MANAV SAMPADA PASSWORD?
In case, you forget the Manav Sampada Portal password, you can reset it and log in again by using the following steps –
- Go to the official website of the Manav Sampda i.e. ehrms.upsdc.gov.in.
- Click on the ‘Login’ button.
- Tap on the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
- Enter the RMN (Registered Mobile Number).
- Click on the ‘Get OTP’ button.
- Enter the OTP.
- Enter the new thought of password.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ tab.
VARIOUS ONLINE MODULES OF THE MANAV SAMPADA –
There are various modules of the manav sampada available online. These modules are designed, so that the user of the portal can access the specific section quickly, without the interference of any other things. It makes the process quick as well –
1. Leave Management – This is a dedicated module dealing only with the leave applications of the employees. Through this module, the reporting manager can view the application and then approve, accept, or reject the application.
2. Annual Property Return filing – filing of the annual return through Manav Sampada portal is being taken care of by this module. This module made the year – wise APR details available for all the citizens of UP.
3. ACR or KRA Module – KRA stands for key responsibility areas. The KRA of the employees can set, assessed or review by the managers using this module of the Portal.
4. Transfer/Posting – This is the sensitive and most unique area of personnel management, especially in government services. This module helps in creating and publishing the transfer orders of the employees and intimating them the same.
