Bhoomi – a flagship project of Karnataka State Government, is a Land Records management system. karnataka landrecords development of a state of art technology “Namma Bhoomi” as a complete land record administration & management tool is under progress. all the manual RTCs which prevailed at the time of data entry were digitized and made available to the citizen through Kiosk Centres. All the ownership or any other changes in the RTCs are carried out through mutation as per KLR Act using the Land Records database. Bhoomi back offices have been set up at 176 taluks, 1 additional taluk & 26 special taluks of the state.

bhoomi online land records : The citizen / farmer can directly walk into the Application Kiosk & apply for mutation by submitting the required documents. Acknowledgement number is also issued to the citizen at this Kiosk. The applicant can know the status of his mutation by using this Acknowledgement number. RTCs are also being issued at 892 Atalji Jana Snehi Kendras, 6019 Gram Panchayats & various tele-centers across the state.

1. visit official website : http://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in
2. Click on “land REcords“, there registration process.
3. Enter your Name, email Id and captcha code, click on “Submit” and get registration process successfully.
land records Karnataka RTC Online form 16 :
1. visit official website , select “RTC Online“.
2. Select District, taluk, Hobli and Village.
3. Enter your Survey Number and click on “fetch details” and gets your RTC form 16 Details.

Goto “Citizen Registration“.
• Type the Aaadhar Number, Name ( as in RTC) and mobile number
• Click in Generate OTP
• Now you will get OTP number to your registered mobile number, type the same and click on Verify button
• After successful verification, type farmer details as Father name (as in RTC), address, Epic number and land line number
• Upload any one of ID proof document (must be in jpg or jpeg format)
• Click Next button
• Type the land details such as select district, taluk,hobli and village
• Type the survey number and Captch number
• Click in Add button to add the survey number
Note : Citizen may register their AADHAR Number and mobile number to get SMS alerts about mutations on Agricultural land.
