1. Click the Manage Credit Card (Visa) Bill Pay link in the Profile tab. Authenticate yourself with the Profile Password.
2. You can view a page to register the Payee Name and Card Number. Provide these details and set a nickname for your Payee.
3. Optionally you can set a transaction limit for this Payee. The Bank sets a per transaction limit per card/day
4. On registration you will receive a high security password in your mobile number. This is done basically to double check your identity. Provide the password to authorize the Payee. After a payee is authorized you can start transferring funds to the Card.
How to Provide your Mobile Number for the Credit Card Bill Pay service?
1. Online SBI is a secure and safe channel to pay bill of any credit card. But to ensure that Payee registrations are authenticated, we will send a high security password to your mobile phone.
2. Registration is complete only when the system verifies your identify with this password. Hence you need to register your mobile number with us. If you do not have a mobile phone/number your branch can approve the beneficiary. Please contact your branch.
How to check status of my credit card application?
You can check the status of your credit card application in 3 simple steps:
Visit SBI card portal. there is a option “APPLY”.
there Visit ‘Track your application’ page.
Click on ‘Track Application’ tab.
Enter your Application / Reference no. and click on ‘Track’.
Status of your SBI Credit Card application will be displayed.
How to pay your SBI Credit Card Bill ?
1. SBI Credit Card Bill Pay is an online service and requires an Internet Banking enabled account with State Bank of India.
2. To use the service just log on to OnlineSBI.com using the Internet Banking Username and Password, provided by State Bank of India.

4. If you remember your password, continue to ‘Log in’ or ‘Reset your password’ to continue using your online account on sbicard.com.

Your account has been locked, for your own security, from making any more attempts to log on to your SBI Card online account. However, you can continue to use your card for transactions.
You can unlock your account instantly by clicking on ‘Unlock Account’ link (that appears on the screen when your account gets locked) and following 4 simple steps-
1. Click on the ‘Unlock your account’ link on the screen.
